The guidance of others.
One of the big things about the internet is that it is a fantastic repository of ideas and (mostly anyway) to a large degree people on it are willing to help one another. For instance, I posted a career question about a field that I was curious about online and the members of the forum guided me immediately and worked to try to help guide me towards good information. That’s a cool thing. That feeling of solidarity could be extended — instead of treating people like meat robots if we could carry that spirit of “helpfulness” throughout our lives I think the world would be a better place.
Solidarity should be a verb — not a description of actions.
